2. Purpose of Data Processing
The Owner will process the information you provide us through the contact form and other means for the following purposes:
- To manage and respond to inquiries, requests for information, or petitions received.
- To manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship should you request our professional services.
- To send informational communications about legislative updates or law firm activities, only if you have given your express consent.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent of the data subject, given by checking the corresponding acceptance box and submitting the form, or by voluntarily contacting the Owner. For the management of professional services, the basis will be the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
4. Data Retention Period
The personal data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from said purpose. In the case of clients, data will be kept for the duration of the professional relationship and, subsequently, for the legally required periods.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation. For the proper functioning of the website, certain technology service providers (hosting, etc.) may have access to your data, always under a data processing agreement that guarantees its confidentiality and security.
